Mobile Information and SMS Opt-In Data Sharing Exclusion

No Mobile Information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Specifically, the following information is excluded from all sharing categories described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy and will not be sold, rented, traded, leased, or shared with any third party, affiliate, business partner, service provider, or any other entity for marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or any commercial purpose:

  • Mobile Numbers collected through the SMS opt-in process
  • SMS opt-in consent records, including the date, time, method, and source of consent
  • SMS message content and message metadata associated with Your Mobile Number

This exclusion applies regardless of the legal basis for sharing, the relationship between the Company and the recipient, or any other provision of this Privacy Policy. The only exceptions are:

  1. Sharing with Service Providers that operate the SMS program on Our behalf (for example, Our SMS platform provider and wireless carriers required to deliver the messages), strictly for the purpose of operating the SMS Program, and only under contracts that prohibit those providers from using the data for their own marketing purposes.
  2. Disclosure required by law, court order, or valid legal process.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

SMS opt-in consent records are retained for a minimum of four years after the date of opt-in or the last message sent, whichever is later, to comply with TCPA recordkeeping recommendations and applicable carrier requirements.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
